Judy Lytle

Judy Lytle has almost forty years of experience in the field of real estate transactions. She has been with the company since its inception in 1994 and has been legal assistant to Kirby Price since 1982. Her area of expertise is commercial transactions and land acquisitions. Her responsibilities include preparing curative documents required to clear title, preparing title commitments and insurance policies, preparing closing documents and the actual closing of residential and commercial properties. She is a specialist in closing SBA 504 loans and 1031 Exchange transactions.

She has been a duly commissioned Louisiana Notary Public since 1986.

Kristy Ashley

Kristy Ashley has been with North Delta Title since 2008, and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate transaction business. Kristy manages and leads our residential closing department, including relocations and manufactured homes. She works with lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers to prepare the transaction for closing andmakes sure that everything runs smoothly. She has been a duly commissioned Louisiana Notary Public since 2003.

Veda Diamond

Veda Diamond joined North Delta Title over four years ago after the attorney that she worked with for more than 25 years retired. She is a duly commissioned Louisiana Notary Public and you will often find her in a closing room helping someone purchase or refinance their home. Veda also handles all legal matters and curative work in the office.
