KIRBY O. PRICE was born June 18, 1949 in Olla, Louisiana and presently resides in Monroe, Louisiana. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana, Monroe, Louisiana, in 1971 and received an MBA in 1972. He graduated from Louisiana State University Law School, with a Juris Doctorate in 1978. Mr. Price is a member of the American Bar Association, the Fourth District Bar Association, and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is a certified real estate instructor by the Louisiana Board of Realtors; member and past board member of the Lotus Club; member and past board member of Bayou DeSiard Country Club; past chairman of the Professional Division and Major Dono's Division of the United Way; past president of the Ouachita Chapter of the LSU Alumni Association; past board member of the Louisiana Land Title Association; past member of the Bank Counsel Committee of the Louisiana Banker's Association; St. Matthew's Catholic Church parishioner; and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

J. LAWRENCE MULLENS was born November 7, 1947 in Dallas, Texas and has resided in Monroe, Louisiana, since September, 1948. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Northeast Louisiana University in 1970. He graduated from Louisiana State University Law School, with a Juris Doctorate in 1973. | AMY PRICE SAWYER was born in Monroe, Louisiana where she presently resides with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Claire and Will. She is a graduate of St. Frederick High School. Mrs. Sawyer received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in 2001. Before attending law school, Mrs. Sawyer was employed with The Center for Prisoners’ Legal Assistance in Atlanta, Georgia and the Louisiana State Senate. She graduated cum laude from Southern University Law Center, with a Juris Doctorate in 2009. She was a member of the Southern University Law Review. She is the author of You Mean My Doctor Is Not an Expert?: The Admissibility of the Medical Review Panel Opinion in Summary Judgment Proceedings, 36 S. U. L. Rev. 337 (2009).
Before associating with Mullens, Price, LLC and its affiliated title companies, Mrs. Sawyer clerked for the Honorable Laura Prosser Davis of Baton Rouge City Court and the Honorable Annette M. Lassalle of The Family Court of East Baton Rouge Parish. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Fourth District Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors, the Junior Garden Club of Monroe, and the Junior League of Monroe.
